We have a healthy core portfolio of approximately 150 products with various variants. That brings us to around 400 different variants – different adhesives, different temperature ranges, different surfaces, different films, different printing methods, different performances, and more.

Why?

Because one customer needs RFID labels with a performance range of only 10 or 13 feet (3 or 4 meters), while the next one wants 66 feet (20 meters). You have to take all of that into account, of course. Will it be printed in color? Or black and white?

The fact is, the customer comes to us with a project or a specification sheet, and then our development process begins – right down to the antenna or chip. We don't offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We offer solutions that fit you.

The format and inlay of PMG OnMold RFID labels are fully customizable and can be optimally adapted to specific applications. The top surface of the robust polyester material features a transparent laminate film that is scratch-resistant, wipe-resistant, and UV-stable.

This surface protects the optional printing on the label, which can be individually customized with barcodes, 2D codes, text, and logos in full color.

The RFID module – available as either UHF inlays (EPC Class 1 Gen 2, 860-960 MHz) or HF inlays (13.56 MHz) – is embedded within the base laminate where it is reliably protected from external influences. PMG OnMold RFID labels can be read at distances ranging from 1.6 feet to 56 feet (0.5 meters to 17 meters) using both stationary and mobile RFID readers.

Structure and Components of an RFID System

An RFID system comprises two main components: the transponder (RFID tag) and the reader.

Transponder

The transponder contains the following parts:

For us, becoming a Rotarian means connecting with a group that shares our drive to give back. As such, we are delighted to be one of the sponsors of the 7th Annual Goodyear PebbleCreek Rotary Foundation - Golf Tournament which took place on Sunday, April 28th, 2024. This Golf tournament is the most important fundraising event of the year.

Rotary does great things. “Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.” is their vision. We are people of Action!

✅With our sponsorship, we support the improvement of the lives of people in need in the areas of education, health, water and sanitation, and peace and conflict prevention as well as the participation in international humanitarian projects.

✅From July 1st, 2018 until May 1st, 2023 $265,470 was raised. The administration was only 3.1%. International Service was 6.2%, Vocational Service was 22.8%, Community Service was 33.1 % and Youth Service was 34.8 %.

Funds raised through the golf tournament are returned to the community in a variety of ways:

The question of uniqueness—single or double, ID twin or not—does not arise when tubes, Petri dishes, vials, and other medical or laboratory items are labeled with the PMG Pharma ID labeling system.

Barcode Labeling: The Foundation of Serialization Solution

Readability and Database Verification

For PMG's customer, who specializes in manufacturing medical and laboratory products, it's essential to maintain consistently high label quality, as labeling is not their core competency. PMG Pharma ID ensures quality through several methods, including immediate machine readability inspection after printing.

A certified testing device, meeting ISO/IEC 15426-1 and ISO/IEC 15426-2:2015-08 standards, evaluates each label based on quality parameters, such as reflectance, decoding, quiet zone, symbol contrast, modulation, code defects, and decodability. Only labels meeting these specifications remain on the roll.

Serialized marking with PMG Pharma ID includes the assignment of a unique product number. The certified inspection device not only assesses code quality but also transmits reading information to PMG Pharma ID's central database. In real-time, each label is checked to ensure it hasn't been generated before. Any duplication is marked and removed, although this has never occurred in the millions of barcode labels produced by PMG Pharma ID.

In cases of process errors, appropriate precautions have been taken to ensure that every label on a product is unique.

Production Environment Aligned with EC-GMP Guidelines

In designing the label production environment, PMG adheres to the EC GMP Guideline, Annex 1. This guideline specifies stringent purity requirements for sterile products to minimize the risk of contamination with microorganisms, germs, or particles.
