Designed for consistent performance on your ESD containers
The focus of the ESD Perform RFID Label is clearly on achieving maximum homogeneity in high-frequency behavior. This applies even to dielectrically different substrates and can be designed for a range of up to 5m to reliably accommodate Kanban applications. The PMG ESD Perform RFID Tag is developed for consistent performance on ESD containers and, due to its small size, is suitable for use even in hard-to-reach areas.
With UHF RFID passive technology, there is no risk of battery fatigue or deterioration in cold temperatures. The PMG ESD Perform RFID Label is delivered on a roll and can be programmed and printed with thermal transfer printers. Optionally, the PMG ESD Perform RFID Tag can also be delivered pre-printed in full color and ready-coded. In this variant, additional equipment with a protective laminate is also possible.
A modified acrylic adhesive is used on standard backing paper, providing good adhesion to various substrates. The adhesive is suitable for low- and high-energy materials. The substrate must be clean, dry, oil-free, and grease-free when applied.
